Monos A1 Healthcare Limited aims to provide a range of bespoke, timely and individually tailored personal care programmes. Monos A1 Healthcare Limited delivers effective and outcome-based services within person centred and professional care in people’s own homes. We provide personal care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live an independent life and enable them do what they want to do. We will thrive to ensure that people in our care have the most choice and independence. We offer personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of Service Users. Monos A1 Healthcare Limited services include older people, those with a disability and people who need assistance due to illness to continue living in their own homes and community. Our care is provided in partnership with service users, their carers and relatives, respecting their diverse needs, preferences and choices. Our management team will visit each service user before commencing the service to assess and to understand each service user needs and then provide the most suitable package of care.
